About the Artist

Badar Moinuddin studied art at Aitchison College, Lahore, as one of the subjects, until the O Levels. After graduating from Government College Lahore, he proceeded to Cambridge, UK, for an MA degree in economics. While at Cambridge he continued to practice portrait sketching in his spare time.

He honed his art skills by copying the works of Western masters. This also explains why the gallery has a sizable collection of reproductions of Picasso, Van Gogh, Monet, Paul Gauguin, Paul Cézanne, and many other artists.

He has participated in many solo and group shows..
